Drummer Fabio Ragnelli has steadily emerged into one of the leading young jazz musicians in the vibrant Toronto jazz scene.

Trained in Humber College's prestigious jazz program as well as through private study with masters like Dave Douglas, Ari Hoenig and Dan Weiss in New York and the Banff Centre for the Arts, Ragnelli has won awards and acclaim for his appearances with internationally recognized artists and as a member of highly regarded Toronto-based projects.

While at Humber College, Fabio was awarded multiple scholarships and was frequently selected to perform with major visiting artists including Dave Douglas, Kurt Elling, and Mike Stern. As a fixture in the Toronto scene, he has regularly toured and appeared with award-winning Toronto bandleaders such as Alex Goodman, Michael Davidson, Mike Murley, Kelly Jefferson, Allison Au, David French, and Juno nominee Tara Davidson.

Fabio is teaching Drum Kit Technique, Rhythm Section Skills and leading Percussion Ensemble and a Jazz Combo.
