New in 2020

May

May 18. With guidance from government resources, the underlying science, and the safety of our community in mind, we must cancel the 43rd annual Lake Field Music camp this August. We look forward to safer times permitting the next camp, August 8 - 15, 2021. Meanwhile, we are exploring new ways to share music with our community. Take care, hope to have some good news soon.

April

April 14. We continue to monitor the news and regulations associated with the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and have further delayed the start of registrations. Our next update will follow Ontario’s state of emergency extension to May 12. The safety of our community is of utmost importance. If we can proceed, the actual registration start date will be announced at least several days in advance.
Physically separated but socially connected!

April 5. We remain hopeful that camp will proceed in August but need a little more time to update our registration system. Thanks for your patience. Be safe, stay tuned for news here, Facebook, Twitter and our e-newsletter.

March

We are monitoring news about the coronavirus and hope the extraordinary efforts being made this Spring will clear our path to Lakefield in August. The start of registration is delayed to the end of March and the actual start date will be announced several days in advance. Be safe, stay tuned.
