You'll learn more about the art of collaboration, including various means of communication and suggestions for successful ensemble playing: cueing tips, awareness of rhythm, melody, breathing, pitch ... and much, much more! |

Is this class for you?For intermediate/advanced pianists with at least RCM Grade 8 ability and strong reading skills. Due to the limited number of pianos, some pianists may have to rehearse on a keyboard. A piano will be available for performance in class. Soloists need not have advanced ability but should be able to perform their part of the music without technical difficulties. Participants perform for the class, but not the end-of-week concerts. Other opportunities to perform include evening concerts earlier in the week. This class has limited enrolment. |
