Participants should prepare in advance two or three standards for performance in class. It is preferable, but not mandatory, that songs be memorized. Participants will take turns performing for the class and technique, musicianship, interpretation will be addressed. A wonderful piano accompanist will be available in class, so please bring two legible copies of the music. For those seeking inspiration, Gillian will help you select appropriate music in the jazz standards genre before camp begins. |

Is this class for you?For intermediate/advanced singers with some experience singing with an accompanist. |
