A great way to get ready for the day, with a focus on warm-ups, some technical exercises and working on repertoire. Course content will be tailored to the participants involved and often includes some lecturing or demonstration by the instructor as well as individual and group play. The coach will address the mechanics of playing the instrument and offer suggestions to help improve the participants' sound and overall musicianship. Sheet music will be provided for group work, but you’re welcome to bring musical questions and problems for help. |

Is this class for you?Open to novice and higher levels of playing ability with double reed instruments. It’s helpful to have some basic music reading skills but it’s not required. This class will not perform at the end of the week. |
