If you ever wanted to learn how to be a great backup singer, this class is definitely for you! Participants will work in a small group and take turns as lead and backup singing Motown and Pop music.
This class will be joined by a participant rhythm section for performance. Singers and the band will start the week in separate rehearsals then unite later in the week to coordinate for performance.
This class is open to intermediate/advanced singers with experience singing in harmony with others. Sight-reading skills are helpful, but not required. Listening skills and singing in tune are required. This ensemble will perform at the end of the week. This class has limited enrolment.
