2025 LFM Camp Fees

Prices are in Canadian dollars for one person attending the one-week music camp and 13% HST will be added to these fees.

$1699 - Full music program, full meal plan (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and a single occupancy room with semi-private bathroom shared with one other person.
$1949 - Full music program, full meal plan (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and a single occupancy room with private bathroom. The same type of room as above except the adjoining room will be unoccupied and unavailable for use.
$1099 - Full music program during the day/evening and sleep off-campus. Includes lunch and dinner.

Payment
A deposit of $500+HST per person is due with registration and an invoice for the balance of fees will be emailed for full payment by June 15.

Cancellation
- All cancellations are subject to a $100+HST administration charge and the full deposit will be forfeited after June 15.
- The balance of fees is refundable up to June 30. After June 30, only half the balance will be refunded and after July 15, the full balance of fees will be forfeited.

Notes
- Priority of dormitory room and class choices will be given to participants with the earliest registration and deposit, subject to availability.
- The King Street residence is air-conditioned and configured as two single occupancy rooms sharing a bathroom in the middle. Both rooms have a separate entrance from the hallway but are also connected through the bathroom. Each room has a single bed, desk, closet and sink, while the shared bathroom has a shower and toilet. The personal effects and mini fridge are not included, however lounges on each floor have a kitchenette with a fridge. Floors have elevator and stair access. Car parking under the residence is included for those staying in the residence. Paid parking is available on/off campus for day participants.
- Youth (age 13 - 18) staying on campus overnight must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. The youth and adult do not have to attend the same classes but must stay in adjoined rooms. Youth participating in the day program do not need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Unaccompanied youth attending the day program must provide a reference letter from the parent or guardian demonstrating sufficient musical ability and maturity.
